Renata Daudt is a packaging and circular economy specialist with qualifications in Chemical Engineering and Packaging Engineering, and a PhD candidate in Design for Circularity. She brings over ten years of international experience across Europe, Asia, and South America, specialising in sustainable packaging, regulatory alignment, and circular design strategies.

As founder of AWEN Packaging Consulting, Renata advises luxury brands and manufacturers on creating packaging solutions that integrate sustainability, compliance, and premium consumer experience. 

Crystal He, Product Director of the Institute of Medicine and Food Homology in Tongrentang. With keen market insight and an adventurous spirit, she has developed outstanding products and creative marketing initiatives that appeal to younger generations. Her efforts have helped this time-honored brand earn numerous awards from government and media organizations, accelerating the reform and development of Tongrentang. 

An experienced technology investor and innovation strategist focused on frontier sectors including AI, robotics, synthetic biology, and advanced materials. Previously worked at ByteDance Group, where he specialized in investments across cutting-edge technologies, and later co-founded Jingqiu Capital as part of the founding team. Over his career, he has led or deeply participated in more than 20 equity investment projects, with multiple successful IPO outcomes. 
 
Currently responsible for strategic planning, market development, application R&D, and scenario commercialization at Leaf Bio, a global innovator in bio-based aromatic materials. Has spearheaded strategic collaborations and joint development initiatives with leading players in the food & beverage, textile, and chemical industries, advancing the industrial application of furan-based bio-materials in packaging,fiber, and specialty chemical sectors.
