Laura Perrard is graduated from ESDES Lyon and felt in love with China during her studies at the Shanghai Finance University. She started her career in Paris by holding the position of Head of Innovation in Export Entreprises, a company that creates International Trade Platforms, Market Intelligence Platforms and B2B Marketplaces. Then, she started her own business in 2013 addressing C-level executives working in Luxury. She first founded Journal du Luxe (http://journalduluxe.fr) - which is now the number 1 pure-player dedicated to Luxury in France - and in 2015 she invented and launched Salon du Luxe Paris - which is the biggest annual summit about the future of Luxury, taking place every year in Paris.
Laura Perrard teaches in Innovation Management and Digital Communication to Master 2 students. She also co-founded SIGNALS, a program dedicated to the analysis of strong signals and weak signals integrating methodologies of Design Fiction. Her interest in innovation, her respect for know-how and creation and the daily observation she makes about the evolutions of society make her an atypical person in the sector.
Laura Perrard defends three core values of Luxury in her eyes: Exception, Excellence and Emotion. She created and filed the Luxeee brand in this sense.
